Gardening Club

We meet every Thursday lunchtime and enjoy a variety of gardening / outside activities including:

• Planting seeds
• Weeding
• Watering
• Tending to our plants and seedlings
• Making bird feeders
• Enjoying the fruits of our labours
• Making bug houses
• Generally taking care of our school environment

This year we successfully grew peas, lettuces, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes and maize.

We have been thinking about what we might like to grow next year: sunflowers, carrots, strawberries, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuces, peas, sweetcorn, cucumbers and even grapes!
