Owslebury Primary School is a hidden gem.
High up in the South Downs National Park and only a 10-minute drive from Winchester, Fair Oak and Colden Common, Owslebury combines all the benefits of a small rural village school with academic achievements.
The large playground and field, with beautiful views over Winchester, offer plenty of space for sports and outdoor activities. But for many families it is the school’s small size which makes it such a special place for children to learn and grow.
With only 75 pupils, everyone in the school knows everyone else. Staff are able to give remarkable individual attention to each pupil’s needs – whether that means stretching gifted and talented youngsters or supporting and integrating those with special educational needs. Every child is genuinely valued within a tight-knit community.
Thanks to the work of our dedicated, talented and passionate staff we currently have a ‘good’ Ofsted rating, and are on the road map to achieving ‘outstanding’.
We are always happy to welcome prospective families for a visit.
