It's all Greek to me!
Ancient Greek Hook Day
The children had a fantastic time on their Ancient Greek Hook day! In the morning, they worked on maths, focusing on coordinates while 'finding Greek artifacts' hidden around the classroom. Then, in writing, they explored the myth of Theseus and the Minotaur, and each child wrote a diary entry from the perspective of Theseus. In the afternoon, the fun continued with some creative mosaic artwork and a mini Olympics, where the children got to compete in some traditional Greek-style games. A day full of learning and excitement!
